A house in Monmouth Junction that sold for $1.6 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in South Brunswick in the past week.

The area saw a total of seven residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $736,250, or $328 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sept. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
