Week 5 of Augusta-area football has come and gone, and with it came more high-level football across the CRSA.

Arguably the highlight of the night, though, was the matchup between North Augusta and Strom Thurmond over in South Carolina. The rivalry between these two teams dates back to the 70s. Players and coaches both knew the stakes in this game coming into it. Ultimately, it would be the Yellow Jackets who’d walk away victorious in a 37-13 win.
