TUSCALOOSA, Ala. ( WBRC ) - A woman was killed and a man was injured after a two-vehicle crash Friday morning in Tuscaloosa.
Tuscaloosa Police say the crash happened in the eastbound lanes of the 1700 block of 15th Street near Queen City Avenue at 7:13 a.m.
Tuscaloosa Police say the collision caused one of the vehicles to be pushed over the curb into the parking lot of an auto parts store where it struck an unoccupied vehicle.
Both drivers were taken to DCH Regional Medical Center. One of them, who was later identified by Tuscaloosa Police as 51-year-old Marchema Deshannon Williams, died from her injuries.
The other driver was treated for injuries.
