The Patriots are adding more depth to their defense for their trip to Miami .

On Saturday, Mike Vrabel’s team elevated rookie cornerback Kobee Minor and veteran linebacker Mark Robinson to the game-day roster. Sunday will be Minor’s NFL debut. This marks the second time Robinson has been elevated to start the season.

Drafted by the Patriots with the final pick, No. 257, in the 2025 draft, Minor was cut at the end of training camp and signed to the team’s practice squad. Cornerback depth was needed after the Patriots cut D.J. James last week. Minor will add depth behind Carlton Davis, Marcus Jones, Alex Austin, and Charles Woods.
