The Texas Rangers scored three runs while the New York Mets scored two runs.

Running out of things to say about how crazy the Rangers are right now. Down 2-0 in the eighth in a Patrick Corbin-started game and the bats looking like the previous 80% of the season version of the club, Texas rallied for two runs in the eighth to tie the game and then a run in the ninth to pull ahead with most of that work coming against All-Star closer Edwin Diaz.

The other pitcher that the Rangers victimized in the late innings was setup man Tyler Rogers. Diaz came into today’s game with an ERA of 1.80, Rogers was rocking an ERA of 1.82.
