PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - A 72-year-old woman suffering from dementia is missing after walking away from her care home in southeast Portland on Saturday.

According to the Portland Police Bureau, Marsha King walked away from her home in the Centennial Neighborhood around 12:15 p.m.

After authorities were unable to find her, at about 5 p.m., PPB asked the community to help look for King.

Police said she is “prone to confusion,” but may ask for help.

Marsha King:

White woman about 5 feet, 4 inches tall and 200 pounds.

Has salt and pepper hair.

Walks with a hunched back.

Last seen wearing a turquoise shirt, brown pants and black shoes.

Police asked anyone who sees her to call 911, and email missing@police.portlandoregon.gov with other information.
