BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Hockey Hall of Fame is gearing up for its November celebrations as banners honoring Alexander Mogilny and the rest of the Class of 2025 now hang in the Esso Great Hall in Toronto.
The Hockey Hall of Fame posted video to social media on Friday afternoon, showing the banner going up.
Mogilny, who debuted with the Buffalo Sabres in 1989, quickly made his mark on the NHL. He recorded 76 goals during the 1992-93 season and went on to win a Stanley Cup with the New Jersey Devils in 2000.
A five-time 30-goal scorer, Mogilny also cemented his place among hockey’s elite as a member of the IIHF Triple Gold Club, having captured Olympic gold in 1988 and a World Championship title in 1989.
