ST. GEORGE — Tyler Robinson, the suspected shooter in the killing of political activist Charlie Kirk, grew up in southern Utah. His family lives in Washington City, and Robinson lives just a short drive away at a townhome in St. George. His neighbors reacted to coverage of him as the alleged gunman who killed political activist Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University .
Some neighbors said they are shocked. Some had no idea he lived in their neighborhood, so they were alarmed to see all the police and FBI out there in front of their homes and families.
