A fire alarm went off at Highmark Stadium at halftime of the Riverhounds SC match against visiting Louisville City FC.
There was no danger to those in attendance — it was only a fan lighting up a cigarette in the men’s room — but whatever the case, Louisville City brought the heat in the second half.
Midfielder Kevon Lambert snapped a rebound past goalkeeper Eric Dick at 49:13 of the second half, as Eastern Conference-leading Louisville City (17-1-6) took a 2-0 victory against the Riverhounds (8-9-7) in front of a sellout crowd at the stadium on the Monongahela River.
Louisville City is now 7-0-5 all time in Pittsburgh, including the postseason.
“I feel like we kind of let them off the hook as much as we had the ball in their 18-yard box, especially in the first half,” Riverhounds capt
