Multiple arrests have been made after cars were reportedly damaged in a Leicestershire street. One man was also taken to hospital after being found injured in the area.

Leicestershire Police were called to Melton Road in Thurmaston around 7pm on Friday (September 12), following a report that cars were being damaged in the street. Officers said when they arrived at the scene, they found an injured man.

According to the force, the man was taken to hospital where he is undergoing treatment. As part of the investigation, two men, aged 33 and 37, have been arrested in connection with the incident.

A spokesperson said the men remain in police custody. Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the incident are ongoing, with officers turning to the public for help.
