Tyler Robinson, the suspect accused of fatally shooting Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk at a speaking event at Utah Valley University (UVU) on Wednesday, has "a boyfriend who is transitioning from male to female," Utah Governor Spencer Cox told NBC News' Kristen Welker during a Sunday interview appearance on Meet the Press .
