In her first public statement since the drowning of her husband, Malcolm-Jamal Warner, in July, Tenisha Warner has unveiled two meaningful initiatives designed to carry forward the beloved actor’s spirit and values.

Through a heartfelt Instagram post shared Friday, Warner announced the creation of the Warner Family Foundation and River & Ember, projects aimed at nurturing children’s creativity and emotional resilience.

“Thank you for holding us in so much love during this tender time,” Tenisha wrote in her post, which included a wedding photo from 2017. “Tomorrow marks our anniversary — and my heart is wide open. For the first time, I’m sharing a glimpse of the love that began it all.”
