The Brewers became the first MLB team to clinch a playoff berth Saturday, and beloved broadcasting legend Bob Uecker was prominent in the post-game celebration.

The Hall of Fame announcer died in January, but Milwaukee manager Pat Murphy read an emotional message attributed to Uecker in the clubhouse following a walk-off win over the Cardinals.

According to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, the letter — which was handed to Murphy by owner Mark Attanasio — was “a tribute to Uecker,” so it is unclear if it necessarily was written by him. 3
