LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A man is dead after a shooting in the Phoenix Hill neighborhood on Sunday, Sept. 14.

Louisville police said around 10:55 a.m., officers were called to the 700 block of East Muhammad Ali Boulevard on the report of a shooting. There, they found a man shot to death inside a vehicle in the back of the location.

The man’s name has not been released.

LMPD’s Homicide Unit is investigating. LMPD asks anyone with information to call the anonymous tip line at 502-574-LMPD or use the LMPD online crime tip portal .
