For the second time in three games this season, Maryland football enjoyed the luxury of pulling many of its starters in the second half.

That doesn’t seem terribly surprising considering the Terps raced to a 41-0 advantage in the third quarter en route to a 44-17 thrashing of in-state rival Towson on Saturday afternoon at SECU Stadium in College Park. And they did so despite missing starting redshirt junior cornerback Jamare Glasker and two reserves in freshman offensive tackle Jaylen Gilchrist and redshirt junior quarterback Justyn Martin.
