LOS ANGELES — After a 0-3 start and back-to-back losses to Mountain West programs, UCLA Athletics fired DeShaun Foster as its football coach, UCLA Athletics announced on Sunday morning. Tim Skipper, who served as the special assistant to the head football coach, will take over as interim head coach for the duration of the season. Skipper served as Fresno State’s interim head coach a year ago.
