In Week 1, outside of getting a win, the result couldn't have gone better for the Jets . Gang Green showed signs of an offensive juggernaut against a vaunted Steelers defense in a 34-32 defeat at home in front of a lively crowd at MetLife Stadium.
In Week 2, it was the opposite.
Everything that could go wrong did for the Jets in a 30-10 beatdown at the hands of the Buffalo Bills with the crowd not having any chance to be a factor in this game once Buffalo jumped out to a 20-0 lead midway through the second quarter.
The offense and defense were both huge letdowns as the Jets start a season 0-2 for the first time since 2021, where they finished 4-13 in that disappointing year.
