RAWLINS -- "Obviously it's frustrating," Outlaw football head coach Cody Hooker said following Rawlins' third straight loss to open the season.
In his first year at the helm for the Outlaws, Hooker has watched his team fall to two 2A teams and now a fellow 3A team in the Green River Wolves, who dished out a 45-0 defeat on Friday night.
Rawlins has struggled on both sides of the ball, now having given up a total of 128 points while scoring 14 of their own. Touchdowns have come from Remington Mathill, who was injured in the Week 1 game at Pinedale and was not on the field for Week 2 against Green River, and Chris Gonzalez, who threw the Outlaws' only touchdown pass of the season in just one drive at the quarterback position.
Gonzalez offers playmaking abilities in all phases of the game,
