This week’s Roanoke Times player of the week candidates list features not only prolific performances from last Friday but some of the biggest performances you will ever see. That includes a seven-touchdown performance, a 300-yard rushing outing and a four-TD receiving game.

Gavin Binns, James River
The senior running back collected 303 rushing yards on just 19 carries, averaging 15.9 yards per attempt, and scored three touchdowns as the Knights blew past Parry McCluer 35-7 to improve to 2-1 on the season.
