Over the past few years, Crown Point’s Bulldog Park has been a community hub for trying out the Region’s best craft beverages: beer, mead, bourbon (with bacon).
This past weekend, wine was flowing underneath the pavilion; more of a "wine sampling" than a "wine tasting," the attendees exhibited a mix of cultivated wine knowledge and mostly casually explored what might work for a dinner or family gathering.
“Last year was our first year, and we had a great response,” said Diana Bosse, Crown Point Special Events director. “We thought this would be great to keep going, and bring the community on an annual basis. I think the craft aspect of this is very popular.”
