FRANKFORT, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Frankfort man was arrested Sunday on multiple charges after another man and a boy were shot at an apartment.

The Frankfort Police Department announced in a press release that just after 11:15 a.m. on Sept. 14, officers responded to reports of a shooting at an Ashwood Court apartment. When officers arrived, they found the two victims.

The man and the boy were both taken to the University of Kentucky Hospital and are reportedly listed in critical condition.

Authorities wrote that officers had identified the alleged shooter as Makale Leonard Marks, 27, of Frankfort.

He was arrested and charged with: • First-degree burglary • Two counts of first-degree assault • First-degree wanton endangerment - discharge of a firearm • Tampering with physical evidence
