OSNABURG TOWNSHIP, Ohio — An 83-year-old man has died after he was found inside a burning home in Stark County, authorities say.

A news release from the Stark County Sheriff’s Office says the fire occurred Saturday on the 2700 block of Sunlight Avenue Northeast. Rescuers with the Onsnaburg Fire Department pulled the man from the home. He was pronounced dead at Aultman Hospital.

No one else was in the home at the time of the fire and there were no other injuries reported.

The State Fire Marshal’s Office was called to the scene but the fire currently is not considered suspicious. The cause remains under investigation.

No other details were available Sunday.
