MARTINSBURG - Musselman and Martinsburg found their way into the win column for the first time this season on Friday, with the Applemen and Bulldogs winning in different fashions.
The Applemen, after taking the lead in the fourth quarter, made a defensive stand with seconds left in the game to secure the 21-14 upset win over Wheeling Park.
Musselman got on the board in the second quarter on a 19-yard touchdown throw from Zach Miller to Landon Clise to make the score 7-6. The Applemen tied the game at 14 in the third quarter after a 17-yard touchdown pass from Colton Shelton to Josh Armentrout and successful two-point conversion, then took the lead for good with 4:28 remaining in the game on an 11-yard touchdown pass from Shelton to Miller.
Martinsburg, meanwhile, picked up its first win
