KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Super Bowl rematch and home opener at Arrowhead Stadium did not have the outcome that Chiefs fans had hoped for. The Philadelphia Eagles won 20-17.

“They got us today, but it takes time. It’s the beginning of the season, although we are 0-2, we're still excited. These are our Chiefs,” said Chiefs fan Louis Williams.

While Chiefs fans hoped for a win this time around, they are still optimistic about what the rest of the season holds.

“We have to do better, but I am riding for them; go Chiefs,” Chiefs fan Shaunta said.

“Mahomes is always giving people hope. That's what he does here in Kansas City,” Willie Jackson said.

Fans filed out of Arrowhead Stadium with time still on the clock. Some were frustrated, but others continued to cheer on the Chiefs.
