Gen Z suffers from loneliness more frequently than any other generation, new research has revealed. A survey of 2,000 adults discovered that 37 per cent of Gen Z regularly experience loneliness , in stark contrast to just 15 per cent of Gen X and 11 per cent of Baby Boomers. ‌
