Britain is set to roll out the red carpet for Donald Trump this week for an unprecedented second state visit by the US President.
His itinerary will include a stay in Windsor Castle, a carriage procession through the castle’s estate, a lavish state dinner with the King and Queen, and a bilateral with the Prime Minister at Chequers.
