Ryan Reynolds has donated £10,000 to a young Wrexham fan who has an aggressive form of heart cancer.
Lexi, who is from Wrexham in North East Wales, was diagnosed with the condition just weeks after returning from a ‘carefree’ holiday with her family this summer.
The 13-year-old girl has since undergone two open-heart surgeries, intensive rounds of chemotherapy and has had a pacemaker fitted.
In addition, Lexi’s family dog, who she described as her ‘best friend’, died while she was in surgery.
Despite the ‘whirlwind’ last few months of her life, Wrexham FC co-owner and Hollywood A-lister Reynolds is trying his best to help Lexi and her family.
On a GoFundMe donation page, Reynolds sent her family £10,000 to help Lexi achieve her dream of spending Christmas in New York. Speaking to the
