Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday expressed strong confidence that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will form its first government in the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC), pledging transparent governance and equitable development for all communities.
Addressing a rain-soaked election rally at Thuribari in Chirang district, Sarma told supporters, “This time we will form a BJP government in BTC. That is why we are contesting the elections alone.”
