The developer of Baltimore’s Harborplace redevlopment project said construction should begin by the end of next year. However, he also admitted that public funding could be a challenge.
David Bramble, managing partner and co-founder of MCB Real Estate is leading the ambitious redevelopment, a project estimated to cost between $900 million and $1 billion. Public and private funding is being used for the project.
Bramble spoke on the C4 and Bryan Nehman Show Monday morning. He told them that the state and city have committed $100 million, but that he will have to be more creative moving forward.
