Democrats launch college voter registration push. Florida is included

Don’t count them out just yet, Florida Republicans.

The Democratic National Committee ( DNC ) is including Florida State University among its targets to increase its numbers on the voter rolls.

“From bustling farmers’ markets to stadiums and college campuses — and now to virtual organizing spaces — Democrats are showing up in force to bring new voters into the fold,” reads a press release from the DNC. “These efforts are a key part of the DNC’s strategy to invest earlier, organize deeper, and support local leaders who are driving change in their communities.”

Democrats will engage young voters at the University of Arizona, Morehouse College, the University of Pennsylvania, Michigan State University and Virginia Commonwealth University, among others.

DNC Chair Ken Martin says
