NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk police are on-scene investigating a shooting that was reported just before noon on Monday in the 700 block of 28th Street.

According to the Norfolk Police Department, officers were called to the intersection of East 28th Street and Gazel Street at 11:56 a.m.

Police say the man has life-threatening injuries.
