MADISON (WKOW) — Madison police are working to track down suspects involved in an attempted homicide.

Police were called on Friday at 4:11 p.m. to a UW Health Clinic for a 19-year-old with a gunshot wound, according to MPD spokesperson Yvette Craig .

Police learned the victim and suspects had a prearranged plan to meet near the 2100 block of E. Main St.

During that encounter, the victim was shot and required hospitalization.

The suspects remain at large.
