SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) issued a statement regarding a fight between multiple students on Monday morning at Groves High School.

The fight was reportedly between multiple female students just before 11 a.m. SCCPSS said it was an isolated incident with no injuries reported.

Staff and BOEPD broke up the fight, and school operations continued as normal.

SCCPSS said, "The district does not condone this behavior and the three students involved will face administrative consequences as outlined in our student code of conduct. Based on initial review of available information, this altercation did not rise to the level of any criminal charges."
