A shooting in Franklin County Sunday came after a couple confronted a 53-year-old man about reaching under their daughter’s skirt on a dance floor at a wedding, according to new details in a police affidavit.

Police say Travis Edward Hockenberry, 53, of Doylesburg, used a 12-gauge shotgun to fire at a woman and her husband after they drove to his home to accuse him of sexual assault.
