Former Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon suffered a fractured clavicle in the Los Angles Rams ’ 33-19 win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, head coach Sean McVay said.
Witherspoon suffered the injury in the second quarter of the game, and did not return. The injury will likely land him on injured reserve. A typical timeline to return to play is six-to-eight weeks.
Witherspoon re-signed with the Rams in March, and has spent a significant portion of his career with the Rams. This is his third season with the team. Witherspoon inked a deal with the team after the Steelers released him in 2022.
