The Rams are placing cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon on Injured Reserve after he broke his clavicle against the Titans in Week 2. He will be sidelined for at least four weeks before he is eligible for return, but head coach Sean McVay postgame did not give an estimate for when that might be.

Witherspoon signed a one-year deal with the Rams in mid-March and was entering his third year with the team, but his first with a full offseason of preparation. McVay said postgame that it's "a big loss" for the team, and he feels for Witherspoon.
