HELPER, Carbon County — U.S. 6 is reopen in Carbon County after being closed and then partially closed by a rockslide Sunday afternoon.
The highway was closed in both directions in an area north of Helper, according to a Utah Department of Transportation social media post. By mid-afternoon, UDOT reported that the northbound lanes were open and that traffic would be alternating until further notice.
