ATLANTA, Ga. - Police have arrested a suspect after a man was shot near a grocery store in southwest Atlanta.

The shooting happened at a Kroger located at 2685 Metropolitan Parkway in the Perkerson neighborhood, which is off Cleveland Avenue and I-85.

A witness said the victim was an armored truck driver, and he was shot in the head. The witness said he was standing next to the victim when the shooting happened.

The witness said the suspect shot the driver and then grabbed a bag from the truck before driving away in a white sedan. The witness believes the driver may still be alive.
