It was only five years ago that Cleveland native Alec Kretch was excited that a professor at the University of Arizona had used his education enhancement tool, OpenClass, for their 57-student course.
The numbers have jumped quite highly since then with 35,000 students and over 4,000 instructors now using the resource program that helps assist teachers in with improving student retention and whose revenue has grown from zero to six figures.
“It was an incredible experience building OpenClass,” Kretch told the Cleveland Jewish News.
“It was a grind with plenty of highs and lows, but I wouldn’t trade the journey for anything.”
