The 14 hospital trusts are set to be scrutinised in a nationwide probe into "failures" within NHS maternity and neonatal services - and one is in Birmingham.
The Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust is among those to be probed.
Baroness Amos has been appointed to spearhead the investigation – placing bereaved families at the centre of the process – aimed at driving forward improvements following systemic issues in England's maternity and neonatal care spanning over 15 years.
