LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A Lincoln man accused of pointing a handgun at two teenage boys following an argument was arrested on Friday.

Officers were called to the area of South 47th and M streets just after 12:30 p.m. for a weapons violation.

A witness reported seeing a man rack the slide of a handgun and point it at two 17-year-old boys after an argument.

The victims told police they got into a verbal argument with the man after he confronted them about their behavior in the area. During the argument, the man brought out a black handgun, racked the slide and pointed it at the juveniles, according to police.

During the course of the investigation, police identified the suspect as 31-year-old Kaleb Burgess-Kelley and recovered a firearm.
