Google looks to be making its latest Pixel 10 series more repairable, as shown in a recent teardown on YouTube of the Pixel 10 Pro XL.

YouTuber JerryRigEverything (JRE) pointed out in the video before beginning the teardown that Google released a 234-page repair manual for the device for free, alongside a 228-page manual for the base model device.

The teardown began with the removal of the device’s display, which remained functional with the device on. JRE also pointed out that there are no additional screws involved with removing the screen, only a metal latch and a “Lego-style” long black ribbon cable.
