MARION COUNTY, Ore. (KPTV) - A motorcyclist was killed in a crash in Salem early Sunday morning, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
At about 3:15 a.m., deputies were called to a crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle near the 6400 block of Ganon Street Southeast.
The sheriff’s office says the motorcycle rider, 44-year-old Zachariah Brown, of Salem, died at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and is cooperating with the ongoing crash investigation.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Marion County CRASH Team.
