Lil Nas X has entered an inpatient treatment program. Following his arrest last month, the Grammy winner, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, was scheduled to appear in a pre-trial hearing in Los Angeles on Monday. According to Rolling Stone , Hill’s lawyers told the court he was not able to attend the hearing because he is “in treatment” at an out-of-state facility. His lawyers did not specify what exactly the singer was receiving treatment for.
“Defendant is allowed to remain out of state as long as he remains in treatment,” Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Shellie Samuels said, adding that if Hill’s “treatment changes, and he becomes outpatient, then we’ll talk.”
