WYALUSING, Wis. (KCRG) - A motorcycle crash killed a man in Grant County on Sunday night.

At approximately 7:12 p.m. Sunday, the Grant County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a potential crash on CTH X, south of Wyalusing.

The caller heard loud noises several hundred feet away and stopped to check the area. They found a motorcycle crashed on the west side of the road.

The sheriff’s office says 31-year-old Taylor Blizard, of Prairie Du Chien, Wisconsin, lost control of his motorcycle going around a corner. The crash occurred an hour north of Dubuque.

The motorcycle went off the road and Blizard was ejected. He was not wearing a helmet and died at the scene.

The sheriff’s office suspects speed was a factor in the crash and is investigating at this time.
