The outlook: A rare matchup of defending 6A state champions.

Records: Choctaw 1-1, Bixby 2-0

QB matchup: Bixby’s Carson Kirby has completed 34-of-47 passes for 456 yards and four TDs. He had three TD passes in last year's 55-27 win at Choctaw. Landon Gatson is a run-pass threat in his first year as Choctaw's starting quarterback, but he made some big plays in last year's semifinals and title game, including the winning TD pass. He had an 80-yard TD run against Bixby.
