WILLOUGHBY, Ohio (WOIO) - There is a heavy police presence at a Willoughby apartment complex Monday afternoon.

19 News crews are on scene outside The Hamlets at Willoughby. The complex is on the 1300 block Fox Run Drive.

Fire trucks, EMS, and police are all on scene.
