GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) - A Garfield Heights man whose car was T-boned after an ambulance barreled through a busy intersection, is now planning to sue the city.
The accident was all captured on camera and 19 Investigates first broke this story in April.
The man’s attorney says the city is at fault, however, it won’t take responsibility.
Nick DeSimone was driving to work on the morning of January 15 when a 20-thousand-pound ambulance plowed into the side of his Dodge Charger.
He says that’s when his life flashed before his eyes.
“Just the initial shock, to come to realize what happened.”
