LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Residents in a Louisville neighborhood said they were dealing with the effects of the loud noise coming from the Bourbon and Beyond festival over the weekend.
Councilwoman Betsy Ruhe, who represents the Beechmont neighborhood in Metro Council, told WAVE News she received several loud noise complaints from her constituents in that area. Because many of her constituents live so close to the Kentucky Exposition Center, where the festival was held, she said she met with the group in charge of organizing Bourbon and Beyond to talk about it.
