BOISE, Idaho – The Office of the Idaho Attorney General is celebrating a recent legal victory. An Ada County district judge dismissed all claims in a wrongful termination lawsuit filed by former Deputy Attorney General Daphne Huang.

The court ruled that Huang could not prove any of her allegations. Huang had argued she was fired in retaliation after raising ethical concerns.

The attorney general's office contended that Huang was terminated due to misconduct.

The case was dismissed with prejudice, meaning it cannot be refiled.
